Terms of Service for Agri Quiz App

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Agri Quiz application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

3. User Content The App may allow you to submit content (e.g., feedback, quiz results). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App.

4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by AgriGyan. “Agri Quiz”, “AgriGyan”, and associated logos are our trademarks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgriGyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
