Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs / Farm Science Centres) are district-level frontline institutions of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
The four core statutory mandates of a KVK are:
On-Farm Testing (OFT): Conducting participatory trials on farmers' fields to test, assess, and refine new agricultural technologies under local micro-farming agro-climatic situations.
Frontline Demonstrations (FLDs): Demonstrating the yield potential of newly released technologies directly in farmers' fields.
Capacity building: Imparting skill training to practicing farmers, farm women, and rural youth.
Training of extension personnel: Updating knowledge of state department field functionaries.
Hence, On-Farm Testing is an essential mandated activity of KVKs (Option 4).

Following the partition of India in 1947, thousands of refugees were uprooted and migrated from West Pakistan into India.
In 1948, Shri S.K. Dey (who later became India's first Union Minister for Community Development) conceived and executed the 'Nilokheri Experiment' (originally known as the 'Mazdoor Manzil' project) on swampy barren land in Karnal district (now in Haryana).
The project successfully rehabilitated approximately 7,000 displaced persons by providing vocational training, establishing cooperatives, and building a self-reliant township centered around agriculture and cottage industries.
Hence, the project to rehabilitate displaced persons was the Nilokheri Experiment (Option 4).

Which is the last step of the process of Extension programme planning ?

Reconsideration & Revision of the programme कार्यक्रम पर पुनर्विचार तथा दोहरान Evaluation of the programme कार्यक्रम का मूल्यांकन Monitoring of the programme कार्यक्रम की निगरानी Report writing रिपोर्ट लेखन

Extension programme planning is a continuous, circular problem-solving process consisting of sequential steps formulated by Kelsey and Hearne:
Collection of facts
Analysis of the situation
Identification of problems
Determination of objectives and goals
Developing plan of work and calendar of operations
6. Execution of the plan of work
7. Evaluation of achievements
8. Reconsideration and revision of the programme based on evaluation outcomes.
The feedback from evaluation leads to the final step of 'Reconsideration and revision', which links the conclusion of one cycle to the start of the next cycle.
Hence, the last step is Reconsideration & Revision of the programme (Option 1).

(Reconsideration & Revision)
