In Rajasthan highest area of crop in kharif season is covered under :

Pearl millet or Bajra (Pennisetum glaucum) occupies the largest cultivated area during the kharif season in Rajasthan, typically spanning 4.0 to 4.5 million hectares.
Rajasthan ranks first in the entire country for both area and production of bajra, accounting for over 50% of India's total acreage.
Bajra's remarkable drought tolerance and low water requirement make it the staple cereal across the arid and semi-arid tracts of Western Rajasthan (Barmer, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Bikaner).
Kharif pulses (moong, moth) and oilseeds (soybean) occupy substantial areas, but no single crop matches Bajra's acreage. Thus, Option 3 is correct.

In Rajasthan the most common mixed cropping is :

In the rainfed and semi-arid tracts of Rajasthan, sowing Gram (Chickpea) mixed with Mustard (Rabi oilseed) is the most widespread and traditional mixed cropping practice (often referred to as 'Gojara' or 'Bejhar' combinations).
This system provides natural insurance against erratic rainfall, drought, and frost injury, since chickpea and mustard have complementary root depths and canopy architecture.
Gram fixes atmospheric nitrogen which benefits the system, while mustard acts as a trap or border crop reducing pest intensity.
Hence, Gram + Mustard (Option 1) is the most common mixed cropping practice in the state.
