Which of the following is not Sushir Vadya?

Musical instruments in Rajasthan are classified into four categories: Tat (stringed), Sushir (wind-blown), Avanaddh (percussion/membranophone), and Ghan (metallic idiophone). Rawaz is a plucked stringed instrument (Tat Vadya) popular in Mewar, while Algoza, Mashak, and Naad are wind instruments (Sushir Vadya).

Algoza: Double flute, the state musical instrument of Rajasthan, Sushir Vadya.
Rawaz: Plucked string instrument (Tat Vadya), played by Rao and Bhat communities, not a wind instrument.
Mashak: Bagpipe-like wind instrument played in Bhairon ji temples, Sushir Vadya.
Naad: Long wooden flute instrument played by Karnaram Bheel, Sushir Vadya.

Hence, the correct option is (B).
