A flower possessing both essential reproductive whorls (androecium/stamens and gynoecium/pistil) is termed a perfect or bisexual flower (hermaphrodite).
A flower bearing only stamens is staminate, and one bearing only pistils is pistillate; both of these are unisexual or imperfect flowers.
