In statistics:
Measures of Central Tendency describe the center, average, or typical value of a probability distribution. The primary measures are the Arithmetic Mean (A), Median (B), and Mode (along with Geometric and Harmonic Mean).
In contrast, Standard Deviation (C), Quartile Deviation (D), and Variance (E) are Measures of Dispersion / Variation, which measure the extent of spread or scatter of data around the central value.

Therefore, only (A) and (B) are measures of central tendency.
