EXPLANATION
Soils, Forests & Wildlife Conservation
The Rajasthan Forestry and Biodiversity Project (RFBP Phase-II) was implemented across 15 districts of Rajasthan with financial assistance from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
- Canadian International Development Agency: Provided earlier dryland forestry support, not RFBP Phase II.
- Japan International Cooperation Agency: JICA officially financed the second phase (2011 to 2019-20) to enhance vegetative cover and biodiversity.
- World Bank: Funds water restructuring projects, not RFBP.
- Asian Development Bank: Focuses primarily on urban development and transport infrastructure in Rajasthan.
Hence, the correct option is (B).
